I just placed an order, when will it ship?

If ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday, we will ship your order the same day. 

Orders placed after this, will be shipped the next working day. 

 

Which couriers do you use?

Standard Deliveries are sent with Royal Mail 48

Express Deliveries are shipped with DHL Next Day or Royal Mail 24. 

 

I have a problem with my delivery. What do I do?

You can check the status of your delivery with your parcel tracking number sent via email. 

If you need any further help with the tracking, or in the unlikely event your order arrived damaged or not as you expected, please email us at info@italiasolutions.co.uk so we can resolve this for you.  

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Yes. Please cancel your order before it ships. From here you can place a new order with any changes you would like to make.
