I just placed an order—when will it ship?

Orders placed before 2 PM, Monday to Friday, will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next working day.




Which couriers do you use?

  • Standard Delivery: Royal Mail 48 (Estimated 2-3 working days)
  • Express Delivery: DPD Next Day or Royal Mail 24 (Estimated 1-2 working days)




I have a problem with my delivery. What should I do?

Check your parcel tracking number, which was sent via email, to see the status of your delivery.

Can I order with you via the phone?

Yes! You're very welcome to place your order over the phone — just give us a call on 07880 099989 or 01342 395991 and we’ll be happy to help.

 


 

Can I cancel my parcel? (Before/After Shipment)

If your parcel hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually cancel it for you.
If it’s already on its way, let us know and we’ll talk you through the options depending on the courier’s status.

 


 

Can I track my item?

Absolutely. All our orders are shipped fully tracked with Royal Mail or DPD.
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can view the status of your order and the expected delivery date.

 


 

How do I return something?

Please contact us first so we can guide you through the return process and confirm where to send the item.
If a food item is damaged in transit, we don’t usually require a return and can offer a refund or replacement for any damages.

 


 

Do you offer any discounts if I buy in bulk?

No, we don’t currently offer bulk discounts. All our pricing is set for direct-to-customer retail.

 


 

Do you have any items on sale?

Yes! We have a Special Offers page on our website featuring seasonal promotions and limited-time deals.
We also recommend signing up for our newsletter to be the first to hear about any new offers.

 


 

I was charged for something I didn’t buy / charged twice

We understand how frustrating this can be.
We occasionally see this with PayPal, as they sometimes place a hold on the card before finalising the transaction. This usually sorts itself out within 24 hours.
If the issue continues, please email us with a screenshot of the charge, and we’ll investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible.

 


 

Can I add an item to an order I already made?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can add items for you. Please get in touch as soon as possible — ideally by phone for urgent changes.

 


 

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we do! Digital gift cards are available in various amounts — perfect for treating someone to their favourite Italian goodies. You can find them in our Gift Card Section.

 


 

Can I ask for my parcel to be delivered on a specific date?

We can’t guarantee an exact delivery date, but if you let us know your preferred date, we’ll do our best to time dispatch accordingly.

 


 

My item was damaged — what should I do?

We’re so sorry to hear this. Please send us a photo of the damaged item and the packaging, and we’ll organise a replacement or refund for you.

 


 

My parcel was lost — what now?

If your parcel hasn’t arrived and the tracking isn’t updating, please let us know. We’ll investigate with the courier and if it can’t be located, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement.

 


 

Do you have a loyalty card or programme?

Not at the moment — but we’re working on something exciting behind the scenes!

Can I reserve an item?

We’re happy to hold certain items for a short time if you're planning a visit to our farm shop. Just drop us a message and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
