Return policy for non-food items
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
Please contact us before returning an item and we'll let you know how to return your package and we'll process the refund once we receive the item back.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items (such as perishable items like food, coffee etc) cannot be returned for change of mind. But if there are any damages or errors in your order we can usually replace or refund these without a return.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may correct the issue.

Refunds
We aim to process refunds within 48 hours if you are returning an item and will process the refund to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
