Biffi Sugo Cacio e Pepe is a chilled Italian sauce made with Pecorino Romano DOP, ricotta and black pepper. Creamy, savoury and peppery, it is inspired by one of Rome’s most famous pasta dishes.
Warm gently and stir through spaghetti, tonnarelli, rigatoni or gnocchi for a quick and comforting Italian meal.
