This Bignè Selection contains three flavours of filled choux pastry: lemon, hazelnut and pistachio. Each variety combines a light pastry shell with a smooth cream centre and a decorative finish.

Known in Italy as bignè and often compared with small profiteroles, these pastries are made to be served at room temperature and do not require refrigeration. Open the box for coffee, dessert or an informal sharing plate.

With two pieces of each flavour, the 200g selection gives everyone the chance to try something different.
