La Fabbrica della Pasta Gluten Free Paccheri 500g
La Fabbrica della Pasta Gluten Free Paccheri 500g
Generous Italian tubes with bronze-drawn texture
Broad, open tubes with a satisfying bite, ready to catch a rich tomato sauce or a fragrant seafood dressing. La Fabbrica della Pasta’s gluten-free paccheri are made in Gragnano, Campania, bringing this distinctive Italian shape to a specialist corn and rice recipe.
Although paccheri have an unridged shape, bronze drawing gives their surface a fine texture that helps sauce cling. The pasta is then slowly dried at low temperatures to help preserve its structure and cooking quality. It is this combination of carefully chosen ingredients and traditional production that gives the range its appeal.
Serve with prawns, cherry tomatoes and parsley, or toss gently through a slow-cooked tomato sauce with torn basil. The generous tubes also lend themselves to filled, oven-baked dishes with ricotta and spinach, finished with tomato sauce and Parmesan.
Cook in plenty of boiling salted water, following the packet instructions. Handle gently when draining and dressing, allowing the sauce to coat the pasta inside and out.
Gluten-free dried pasta made from corn and rice flours.

About La Fabbrica della Pasta
From its home in Gragnano, Campania, La Fabbrica della Pasta brings four generations of Moccia family pasta-making experience to traditional and specialist gluten-free shapes.
The gluten-free range is made with corn and rice flours and water from Gragnano’s historic springs. Its quality rests on familiar pasta-making principles: a carefully balanced dough, bronze dies for a sauce-catching surface, and slow drying at low temperatures. The result is a range designed around the pleasure of eating pasta—its shape, texture and satisfying bite.
In 2012, the company became the first pasta maker in Gragnano authorised by Italy’s Ministry of Health to produce gluten-free pasta. Its selection gives gluten-free cooks a broad choice of distinctive Italian formats, including these generous paccheri.
