Made with orange tomatoes, yellow peppers, almonds, and Pecorino Romano DOP cheese, this pesto is packed with nutrients and flavour. Thanks to the use of orange tomatoes we have managed to limit the use of oil and salt and still create a thick and tasty pesto.
