Mutti Pesto di Pomodoro Rosso, or Sun Dried Tomato Pesto, is a delicious and versatile condiment that can be used in a variety of dishes. It is made with sun-dried tomatoes, which are are packed with a rich, concentrated flavour, their sweetness is perfectly balanced by the almonds and Parmigiano Reggiano DOP.

This pesto is perfect for adding a Mediterranean twist to pasta dishes, pizzas, and sandwiches. It can also be used as a dip for bread or vegetables, or as a marinade for meat or fish.

Thanks to the use of sun dried tomatoes we have managed to limit the use of oil and salt and still create a thick and tasty pesto.
