Mutti Pesto di Pomodoro Verde is a delicious and unique pesto made with cashews, basil, and Parmigiano Reggiano DOP. It has a fresh, tangy flavour that is perfect for pasta, pizza, or simply spread on bread.

This pesto is made with green tomatoes, which are harvested before they are fully ripe. This gives them a slightly tart flavour that pairs well with the sweetness of the cashews and nuttiness of Parmigiano Reggiano. The basil adds a fresh and herbaceous flavour to the pesto, and the cashews give it a rich and creamy texture.

Thanks to the use of green tomatoes we have managed to limit the use of oil and salt and still create a thick and tasty pesto. This pesto is made using high-quality ingredients and is free from artificial colours, flavours, and preservatives.

INGREDIENTS: Green tomato puree 37%, Basilico Genovese DOP 22%, sunflower seed oil, Parmigiano Reggiano (MILK, salt, rennet) 5%, tomato puree, olive oil, CASHEWS 4.3%,  natural flavourings, salt, sugar, vegetable fibre, tapioca starch.
