Preparation

Oven

Remove the pork shank from the sealed pouch and place it in a roasting dish. Finish cooking in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes, adding half a glass of white wine. Do not add salt.

In a saucepan

Bring a pan of water to the boil. Immerse the unopened, sealed pouch and cook for 20 minutes. Remove the pouch from the hot water, carefully cut it open along one side and drain the natural broth produced during cooking before serving.
