Paneangeli Lievito di Birra Mastro Fornaio, Brewers Yeast for Pizza 3x7g
Paneangeli Mastro Fornaio is a Dehydrated brewer's yeast and comes from the dehydration of beer yeast: thanks to this process, the product lasts longer. Unlike fresh yeast, it does not deteriorate within a few days, but retains its properties for more than a year.
The master baker yeast requires the leavening of the dough before baking and is therefore suitable for all sweet and savory products that require a slow natural leavening, such as pizza, calzone, focaccia, breads, pastries, donuts, baba, Savarin, braids and chamberlains.
The great merit of the master baker yeast is in its use is practical to use because it does not need to be dissolved, or reactivated in water, but can be added directly to the flour with two teaspoons of sugar, then leave to rise in a warm place covered with a damp cloth until doubled in volume (as a guideline, about 40 mins for savoury doughs and about 60 to 90mins for sweet doughs).
One 7g sachet is suitable for 500g of flour.
Ingredients: Dried yeast, emulsifier (sorbitan monostearate).
