Negroni Stinco di Prosciutto Arrosto 600g is a pre-cooked, herbed, roasted ham shank on the bone. 

Each Stinco di Prosciutto has been gently massaged with salt, spices and herbs and slow-cooked for several hours, which results in a beautifully tender and flavourful product.

Negroni Stinco di Prosciutto Arrosto can be served as a main course, or as an ingredient in other dishes such as appetisers, stews, and salads.

Packed in an aluminium bag for freshness, this preserves all the flavours and juices you'd expect from a slow cooked dish. 

To prepare in the Oven: 

Remove all packaging and heat in the oven for 30mins at 200C with half a glass of white wine (for the pork, not the chef). 

To prepare on the Stovetop: 

Boil in the bag in hot water for about 20 min, then drain the juices and serve.

Ingredients:

Pork shank, salt, natural flavourings, rice flour,  herbs, spices, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate). Complete with bone.
