Born in London during the late 18th century as the ideal companion to "Oswego Tea" (a beverage originally from its American namesake), the Oswego biscuit took a transatlantic journey thanks to trade routes. Landing in Venice, it caught the eye of Giacomo Colussi, who began crafting the biscuits in his small bakery. There, they were meticulously slow-baked in a charcoal oven, a testament to traditional artisan methods.

Ingredients: WHEAT flour, sugar, sunflower oil, fresh pasteurised whole MILK, glucose syrup, dextrose, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, raising agents: ammonium hydrogen carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, salt, flavourings. May contain EGGS and MUSTARD.
